Planned to make a ride up with some friends. They were alot more experienced than I was but they let me tag along. We went for a ride through the provincial park, which had some tricky sections due to all the rain we have had. I was sore but overall feeling pretty good. I know I will pay for it after. Afterwards we went for some beer and wings and great conversation. Wish all my workouts could be this fun.
