Training Log for Lee. Started tracking with Map My Ride.

Hey all. Just thought I'd start tracking what I was doing on the ol' bicycle seeing it is my primary mode of transport for the summer and fall. I'll be working hard to lose some poundage before the beginning of school year, so I'll try and fit my rides in whenever I can. I'm going to try and log about 200 km between road cycling and going to the gym and walking/jogging. So wish me luck.

Btw any help or advice you'd be willing to give would be fantastic. Thanks!
